We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.

All prices are displayed in Bulgarian Lev (BGN / лв) and include applicable Bulgarian VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are as displayed at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (наложен платеж) — Bulgaria only
• Visa / Mastercard (secure online payment)
• ePay.bg online banking
• Bank Transfer (IBAN provided upon request)

vrentixa.eu is not responsible for bank fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Bulgaria using Speedy and Econt courier services. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery charges (if applicable) are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите), you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Additionally, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with Alpha Drive after trying it as directed, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund.
